To touch on Logic again. Logic: the study of arguments. Arguments have two parts, the premise, or reason and the conclusion. Fallacies- flawed arguments. Example in class. " You should shave your legs because leg hair is gross." (Because) is considered the premise indicator. I found an article printed in the Reading Eagle, Sept. 14th, 2007. The headline was.."State should licence all bounty hunters" Apparently two bounty hunters were arrested on burglary and other related charges. Senator Mike O'pake was quoted saying" I'm sure people would be shocked to hear there is no licensing of bounty hunters, who go around forcing themselves into private homes and illegally handcuffing them and hauling them away." I thought that was a little funny.

Speaking of INDICATORS... "should" is an indicator of a moral statement, prescribing some action ("you should license bounty hunters"; "you should eat your spinach).
I guess the statement about bounty hunters is a bit comic, but I can't find a logic flaw per se in what you present -- though I suspect some poor thinking is to be found behind it.
